Privacy policy

Summary: Our product is built around not collecting personal data. The architecture is the privacy answer. This policy explains what we do and don't handle, and what your rights are.

1 · Who we are

CrowdVision.ai Pty Ltd ("we", "us") is an Australian company (ABN 29 691 189 134) with its registered office in Melbourne VIC 3046.

2 · What we collect

From our website

• Cookieless analytics and performance monitoring (Vercel Web Analytics & Speed Insights) - aggregated, anonymous usage (page views, referrer, country, device, OS and browser type) and Core Web Vitals performance metrics. No cookies. No fingerprinting. No cross-site tracking.
• Form submissions - name, work email, organisation, role, message, country. Used only to respond to your enquiry.

From our product (counts only)

• Anonymous zone counts, density grids and threshold events emitted by edge sensors.
• Sensor health-check telemetry (CPU, memory, model version, uptime).

3 · What we don't collect

• Raw video frames (deleted on the sensor before any network egress).
• Faces, face embeddings or other biometric identifiers.
• Cross-camera re-identification of individuals.
• Demographic inference (age, gender, ethnicity).
• Audio (sensors have no microphone).

4 · Retention

Anonymous counts are retained for 365 days by default and may be configured per customer contract. Form submissions are retained for 24 months. Health-check telemetry is retained for 90 days.

6 · Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act and (where applicable) the GDPR / UK GDPR, you have rights to access, correction, deletion and complaint. Because we don't collect personal information through the product, most of these only apply to web forms / email correspondence. Email legal@occivar.com.

7 · International transfers

Anonymous product counts are stored in ap-southeast-2 (AWS Sydney); the full product platform runs on AWS in Sydney. Website form submissions are delivered to our Google Workspace (Sheets) for follow-up; the marketing website itself is hosted on Vercel (Sydney edge).

8 · Changes

We'll update this policy in place and date the change at the top. Material changes will be flagged in product release notes.
