A one-hour walk-through fixes the zone map: which spaces get counted, where sensors mount, what the capacity thresholds are. You approve the zone map before anything is installed.

WEEK 1 · INSTALL
Install, calibrate, ground-truth
Sensors go in and each one is calibrated against a manual ground-truth count, a 30-minute human-vs-model pass per sensor. We publish the accuracy number per zone, not one flattering site-wide average.
WEEKS 1-4 · MEASURE
Four weeks of anonymous counts
Per-zone occupancy, per hour, streamed to your dashboard from day one. No faces, no identities, no video stored, so there is nothing to redact and nothing for a privacy review to block.
WEEK 4 · DECIDE
Report, numbers, decision
You get the utilisation report, the calibration record and the raw counts. If the numbers don't justify going further, the pilot ends there, your data stays yours either way.
