05 · Pilot programme open

We are looking for first pilot partners, university or corporate.

We are not yet running a campus or a corporate deployment. The platform is built; the architecture is the reason a student union or a workplace experience team can sign off without a six-month policy negotiation. The first one to scope a pilot with us writes the template the rest will inherit.

What we are scoping

A multi-zone deployment on one library floor, one study-space cluster, or one office floor. Five to eight edge sensors. Weekly reports to property services. Monthly summaries into the sustainability pack and the workplace-experience review. Designed with student-union and workplace-council sign-off in mind from day one, because the architecture removes the surveillance question entirely.

Pre-pilot. Field deployment targeted H2 2026.

Why the architecture matters

A university cannot deploy a surveillance camera in a library and call it study-space analytics. A corporate landlord cannot point a camera at an open-plan floor and call it workplace utilisation. The trade is structural: the model runs on the sensor, the raw frame never leaves it, and the platform sees only anonymous counts. The student union, the works council, the union rep: none of them have to trust a policy, because the policy isn't load-bearing. The architecture means there is nothing identifying to retain.
